Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating a vendor profile is completely free — no setup fee, no monthly subscription required to get started. We only charge a small platform fee on completed bookings, meaning we earn when you earn. Early Bird vendors (first 100) get all Pro features free during beta.
What is the Early Bird offer exactly?
The first 100 vendors receive: Pro plan features free for the entire beta period (full analytics, marketing tools, priority search placement), a permanent Early Bird badge visible to clients, founding vendor status, and a direct line to shape the product roadmap. After 100 vendors, this offer closes.
How does Instaglam work for vendors?
You create a vendor profile, list your services with pricing and availability, and start receiving booking requests from local clients. You manage your calendar, communicate with clients, and get paid — all from your vendor dashboard. Clients find you through local search and book directly through the platform.
Do I control my own pricing and schedule?
Yes. You set your own prices, define your service menu, and manage your own availability. Instaglam doesn't dictate your rates or require minimum booking volumes. You run your business — we make it easier to get booked.
What is the platform fee?
On the Free plan, a 10% fee is deducted from your payout after each completed booking. Starter ($29/mo) drops it to 5%, and Pro ($59/mo) brings it to 2.5%. Early Bird vendors receive Pro-tier access free — meaning 2.5% fee and no monthly subscription during beta.
How will clients find me?
Clients search Instaglam by service type, location, price, and availability. Your profile appears in results based on your services, location, and reviews. Early Bird vendors receive priority placement in local search during beta. A complete profile — photos, descriptions, pricing — always performs best.
What if I'm not in a major city?
Instaglam is built for local discovery. It's specifically designed to surface beauty professionals in smaller markets where visibility through traditional social media is harder. If you're the best nail tech in your town and no one knows it — Instaglam is built to change that.
Is Instaglam going to charge more later?
Standard pricing tiers will apply after beta. Early Bird vendors who join in the first 100 lock in their founding status and retain their beta-era benefits for as long as they're active on the platform. The terms you see now are the terms.
